It’s coming through the grapevine! The Jade Hotel’s new American restaurant and bar, Grape & Vine, embraces the charm of New York’s vibrant Greenwich Village neighborhood. Grape & Vine, which derives its name from the legendary, mid-nineteenth century bar, Grapevine Tavern, is known to be the origin of the popular phrase, “I heard it through the grapevine.”

Grape & Vine’s artisanal-style menu incorporates seasonal ingredients from Union Square Market and other local purveyors and offer a variety of vegan options that will appeal to a range of palates.

The menus feature classic American dishes with a French influence such as an extensive raw bar, appetizers like Steak and Salmon Tartar and, as well as dinner entrees like Wild Mushroom Risotto, Simply Grilled Patagonia Prawn and vegan options including Chestnut Fennel Soup and Union Square Market Salad. Lunch features favorites like a Grape & Vine Burger with Cheddar along with fries and a pickle on a side, Cobb Salad with Duck Confit and Chicken Paillard.
